Heidrun Twesten

Heidrun Twesten (centre) is the Managing Partner of Impacct GmbH and specializes in strategic development, consulting, positioning and CSR.

After studying business administration (“Diplom-Kauffrau”) in Germany and England (MBA), she became a consultant and then Board member at Kirchhoff Consult AG, where she accompanied 18 IPOs (e.g. EPCOS, the »most successful IPO on the Official Market in 1999«) as well as numerous annual reports, including Allianz, Audi, DaimlerChrysler and RWE.
Bianca Konen

As a Director of Impacct, Bianca Konen (left) is responsible for CI and IR projects, focusing on real estate and branding.

After graduating in economics (“Diplom-Volkswirtin”), she joined Kirchhoff Consult AG in 1996, where she worked on various IPOs and annual reports (e.g. IVG Immobilien AG, CLAAS AG) as a consultant and Director.

From 2003-2006 she accompanied numerous CI projects for the corporate identity agency Henrion Ludlow Schmidt and also managed, for example, the annual report of BASF AG.
Michael Otto

Michael Otto (right) is a Director of Impacct GmbH and responsible for IR and CSR projects. His strengths include financial analysis, research, corporate responsibility and IT.

He studied business administration (“Diplom-Kaufmann”) in Germany and the Czech Republic and graduated from the international, practice-oriented HHL-Graduate School of Management in Leipzig. During his studies, he was involved with various foundations and worked as a student consultant.
