How can communication enhance corporate value? A few right words can have a major impact – adding a few million to a company’s valuation simply by telling the right story to the right audience at the right time.

In hundreds of projects for over 100 clients, we have developed and communicated compelling stories that have won over their target audience and created sustainable value – gaining customers or investors, securing start-up finance or IPOs, positioning companies on the capital market before and after their Going Publics, or communicating with stakeholders.

We’re an interdisciplinary team of consultants, copywriters, designers and programmers with a high-calibre network covering related topics – from digital strategy development and change management to influencer marketing and film shoots.

Ever since one of my professors in the UK put a couple of stacks of pitch decks on our table in the mid 90's with the task of choosing from each one the company we would invest in, I've been a story enthusiast. After my MBA and shortly before the German stock market boom, I joined Kirchhoff Consult in 1996, first as a consultant, then as COO, to help build up the IPO business and company from 6 to 60 employees at 4 locations. In addition to numerous IR projects (e.g. for Allianz, Altana, Audi, Axel Springer, Bayer, DaimlerChrysler, Dürr and Merck), I advised 16 executive boards personally and many more as a supervisor on their going public (e.g. Epcos, Ludwig Beck, Tomorrow Internet and Genmab). In 2003 I founded Impacct. As a mentor, I support startups in developing their story, among others for Hamburg's Next Accelerators and the international program Ouissal.
