We are an interdisciplinary team of consultants and experts with a top-class network that together cover a wide range of topics – from strategy development and change management to AI implementation.
Ever since one of my professors in the UK put a couple of stacks of pitch decks on our table with the task of choosing from each one the company we would invest in, I've been in investor relations enthusiast. After my MBA and shortly before the German stock market boom, I joined the investor relations boutique Kirchhoff Consult, first as a consultant, then as COO, to help build up the IPO business and company from 6 to 60 employees at 4 locations. In addition to numerous IR projects (e.g. for Allianz, Altana, Audi, Axel Springer, Bayer, DaimlerChrysler, Dürr and Merck), I advised 16 executive boards personally and many more as a supervisor on their going public (e.g. Epcos, Ludwig Beck, Tomorrow Internet and Genmab). In 2003 I founded Impacct. I am a Designing Your Life Certified Coach (Stanford) and a systemic organizational developer. As a business angel and mentor, I support start-ups, including for Airbus BizLab, the Next Commerce Accelerator and the international cross cultural program Ouissal.
